Provide First Aid (HLTAID011)

COURSE OVERVIEW

Provide First Aid covers the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. Often referred to as Senior First Aid or Level 2 First Aid. This course includes HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Refresher training is recommended every 3 years

DELIVERY AND DURATION

Duration: 2 days Time: 8.30am to 4.30pm Provide First Aid is conducted once a month at the Academy and can be delivered on your site upon request. Learners will receive training in both theory and practical activities. Morning/afternoon tea/coffee and lunch is provided when delivered at TTA

RPL/LEARNING PATHWAYS

LEARNER SUPPORT
